Do the other locations have non-0% plain organic yogurt? Because 0% yogurt sucks balls, and the Heritage location does't sell it anymore for some reason.

They for some reason also stopped carrying the cold-pressed juice (i.e. the stuff you get at Cru, but way cheaper).

I thought I heard a rumour of one going in Seton near that new superstore

Yeah I'm 95% confident that they are. Again, if the person who told me this was wrong I'd be pretty shocked as they deal directly with the people involved in planning it at Costco.

There is a big development starting up just west of the Canadian Tire off of 130th and I heard a rumor that a new Costco was part of the plans. If you thought that area was a gong show now, just wait.

Isn't west of the Canadian Tire on 130th just Deerfoot trail.

Seems crazy that there is enough space between the Canadian tire and deerfoot to build a development of any size.

Theres about 2.5 acres there. Will be interesting to see if they do build something there if they can connect to 40th street.

I'm not sure if this will work, but Google Maps link shows easily enough space for a big box store. Maybe not a Costco though.

I was speaking to a self-described store manager at the Costco in Okotoks about 18 months ago, and he also claimed that a new store will be going into Seton eventually. He figured it would be 5 years before completion.

Somebody just took my HP all in one computer out of my cart along with the pick up disk for an iPad and stole my cart. I wasn't even gone for 30 seconds literally and they put the computer and disk on the side. I can't believe the nerve of some people.

The development is the whole area west and then it stretches north all the way to the first alliance church. They can't connect to 40th because of the future LRT ROW.

Ugh, the spot on 130thwould be horrible unless Costco is willing to build an overpass of some type.

If they built that there they may as well build a Tim Hortons just to see what kind of a traffic gongshow they could really create. Then when all that is done, they could bring in young engineers to show them how not to build a power center.....

They'll fix the traffic issue with round-abouts. Just lots of round-abouts everywhere.

Yep, and with horrible traffic. They need to do something about that design. Who designs these things? First year engineer? Just terrible.

Oh yeah lol, my kid's in camps at UofC this next two weeks, so I drove by there a couple of times this morning, then also went there myself about 2 or 3, and all times there was quite the lineup to turn left from eastbound 17th. I just assumed it was because it was opening day.

What is the acquits situation at the new Costco? Are they giving them away at a sample station?

The developer on this project pushed to have a private road system so that they did not have to meet City of Calgary roads standards.

Not trying to push blame on the developer as there are many examples of public roadways through commercial districts that are brutal, just saying it's something that we are starting to see more of lately.
