I don't care about any of these teams. No preference as to who wins.

Sanjo. Wanna see them go all the way the year after Mclellan was picked up by the Oilers.

I know it Petty but that doesn't bother me.

Sharks. Wilson made all the right moves last off season. And it'd be nice to see Thronton and Marleau hoist the cup after all the drama they've gone through the last two/three years.

Blues. I love Brian Elliott and Pietrangelo.

A Pens/ Blues Stanley cup final would be awesome. Also because I hate the other two teams with a passion.

Blues.

Blues screwed Flames out of a first rounder.

Let's be fair. Lehtonen did that.

Sharks for me I guess. Blues would be a solid second and if it has to come from the east then Pitt

I have to vote Pens. I dislike the Blues very much, I dislike Sharks fans very much and I'd prefer to see Tampa be swallowed up by the bay before they ever win anything ever again.

They've won it before, they dont have any insanely hateable players and who cares if Crosby gets another Cup.

It seems like the lesser of all evils.

Aside from Iggy, Thornton is the grizzled vet who most deserves to hoist a cup IMO. He's taken a lot of heat over the years for their playoff failures. For some reason I just don't like Marleau, no real reason for it.

I just picked any team that wasn't the Lightning.

My hatred for them is still so intense that I hope when our newer, current group in Calgary reaches the Stanley Cup final for the first time, it will be against Tampa Bay.

Blues 12-1
Penguins 6-1

Go Blues! But Pens would be okay, too.

Crosby and Malkin have their cup. Would be nice to see Cullen hoist it but he's the only one I can think of on the pens who doesn't have one but deserves one.

StL, There isn't really a player who has been in the league for 15+years and been close but no cigar.. as a group, they still have time on their side.

Tampa, lots of young guys who will be able to get TB to the dance and do some damage for years to come. I would like to see Hedman hoist the cup someday, but time is on his side.

I think the Sharks hoisting the cup allows the Sharks to cap off an era so to speak.
Cullen won the Cup with the Canes in 2006.

I'll echo many of the sentiments from before.

1. Sharks
2. Blues

Don't want either of the other two to win, but I'll go with Tampa if I was forced to choose. Just don't want Sid to win again... feel kinda bad since he was stellar for me in my pool this year. But I just don't like the guy for no reason whatsoever!

I would say the Blues, but...

Any other oldtimers around here remember that clown of a reporter from St. Louis named Jeff Gordon (I think, and not the racecar driver)? That guy had one hell of a hate on for the Flames in the dark years and hacked on them mercilessly for whatever reason.

A few of us nerds on here (Reggie for sure, maybe Transplant) made up some cornball Blues-centric handles and went onto some primitive live chat he was hosting and asked a bunch of dumb questions and had a laugh.

Well, I still can't cheer for the Blues because of that guy. So it's the Sharks for me. Or the Pens. Obviously not Tampa, for obviously-not-Tampa reasons.

St Louis or San Jose would be cool. I'd be happy for either.

I picked the Blues. It just seems like its their time this year. Would be nice to see a team that never won, win one. The Sharks can wait.

I simply can't stand Hitchcock, and the Blues "system" of setting picks for even the simplest maneuvers...I bet they can't even make a simple zone exit or entry without a brush block on a defender. I feel that they were able to take advantage of cowardly officiating for BOTH their two prior rounds against more skilled teams...and that cowardly officiating cost you guys draft position...even the Sharks have complained about not getting deserved calls.

No fan of the Sharks either, though...

I have no opinion on the Pens...

I think the obstacles that the Lightning must overcome (key injuries) are more compelling than any other side-story of the playoffs.

I'm pretty meh on all four teams, but for some reason I find myself going for Pittsburgh.
Maybe because it would be funny to see castoffs from the Canucks, Oilers and Ducks win the Cup.
