Draisaitl, Eberle, Klefbom? Salary would be close, perhaps some other pieces (picks) to make it work. Not sure if that works for MTL. Hall + Klefbom or Nurse?

Montreal doesn't actually need to dump Subban, so the Habs don't need to take back crap the Oilers no longer want. Certainly for salary reasons someone like Eberle or (more likely) Nugent-Hopkins will have to be involved, but if we were to treat this speculation seriously, the Oilers would need to make a serious offer that includes pieces they really don't want to give up. That means Klefbom almost guaranteed, and even a piece like Draisaitl being involved.

But if Yakupov or Eberle is your biggest piece in the deal, Bergevin just hangs up the phone.
