It was wrong the first time and it's wrong now.

The captain is not responsible for a team's record.

He is responsible for setting a standard for leadership, hard work, and being a pro.

Giordano, like Iginla did, does that in spades.

Well Iginla's team was never drafting top 5 in three years. One could argue the current Flames are expected to be better than the 3rd last team in the league, especially following a trip to the conference semifinals.
