I'm a little surprised that the refs have let a few questionable plays go on behalf of the flames.

IMO that's exactly the kind of goal that changes the way the D plays in front of Hiller. The team was playing pretty well, killed off a penalty, getting some saves, then suddenly a nothing shot goes in basically through Hiller. Now the D starts playing to try to eliminate all shots. It happened last game. Guys were challenging the shooters and leaving guys open in front. They just have no confidence in Hiller to play goal, so they try to do it for him, whether it's a conscious decision or not.

Think Ortio should've gotten the start even if it's shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic. He broke us out of a losing streak vs Vancouver last year. And he really hates the Canucks.
