The Canucks-BJs game is heading into overtime.

Gord Miller is the play-by-play commentator in the Ducks-Kings game.

The BJs kill off a penalty and off to the shootout.

The Ducks are cruising in the third period protecting their 4-1 lead.

It was a great night for hockey. USA viewers had a doubleheader on NBCSN (NYI-WSH and ANA-LA) and those games were on SN360 in Canada as well as the Bruins-Sabres on SN. Ovechkin scores the GWG with 2:40 left in reg time, Caps beat Isles 3-2. It seems Quick didn't have his pregame Nestle drink as he was pulled early in the 2nd period after letting in 3 goals on 9 shots. The Ducks beat the Kings 4-2. The Bruins were down 2-0, but, squeak a 3-2 SO win over the Sabres. Kane had a goal. The Rangers were also down 2-0 and came back to beat the Wild 4-2. Minnesota is slumping badly, totally opposite from last year at this time. Gotta say the Panthers are playing very well, that was an impressive 5-3 win over Detroit. Can't explain the Oilers 7-2 assult on the Senators. Anderson had an off night I guess. The Flyers double up the Preds 6-3 as Rinne also had an off night. The Predators had 40 shots on Mason while the Flyers only had 19 shots! The Leafs win 3-2 in the SO. The Sharkies win again, 3-1 over the Blues. Heartbreaker for the Avs as they lose 4-3 in OT, Klingberg scores the GWG with 35 seconds left in OT. Great game in the desert as the Toews scores 29 seconds into OT, Bhawks win 5-4. The BJs hang on in OT and beat the Canucks 2-1 in the SO. Korpisalo with 37 saves kind of stole this game for Columbus.

Yes. I read he only played around 13 minutes last night. The score allowed them to ease off a bit in the 3rd period I suppose.

I imagine that'll resonate with Nurse.

And your reaction would be what, if Nurse ran away from McCormick after he dropped the gloves?

Was 29 seconds LEFT in OT.

Wild game...the officiating was so awful that both teams were bitching the whole game AND Q's mustache got an unsportsmanlike.

Ah, okay. Sportsnet is doing the opposite timing. All sport sites show that Toews goal was at 4:31 of OT, but SN's site shows it was at 0:29. http://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/livetracker/game/1553667
