As bad as the Ducks have been the season, it took all of half a period for them to get their mojo and confidence back against the Flames.

Cursed indeed…

Pathetic, and I know it's beating a dead horse but that first goal by Anaheim completely changed the game. An NHL goalie just can't let in goals like that ever.

Seriously, coaching staff needs to make some adjustments to special teams. Also breakout. Both are brutal.

How can people be so hard on Wideman and give Hamilton such a pass? He completely cost the team one goal, and did very little else positively all game. I want him to be good, but he has cost the team points in the standings.

People's comments about wishing we draft high are more disgusting than the play tonight by the team.

Hartley just had an awful game tonight. The inevitable penalty taken by Bollig -- who's not even close to an NHL-caliber player -- changed the whole game. And not only dressing Raymond starting him on the first line and then putting him out on the last key PP is just embarrassing. If he's good enough to be in these situations why is he in the press box when healthy so much? There's not much he can do with the defense because the organization has no depth there, but he's doing horrible work with the forwards.

- The first goal on Ramo was horrible, but after that he was ok. Left out to dry a few times.
- The special teams are really, really, really bad. Something needs to change or tweaked. It's directly losing them games.
- Frolik/Backlund/Bennett were solid. Bennett is going to be so good in a few years. Well, even better.
- Tough night for JG and SM. Just wasn't their night.
- Gio.....not evn sure what to say. He's just lost it. It's really strange. Just have to hope he snaps out of whatever funk he's in soon, because he looks like a shadow of his former self.
- Brodie is awesome.

I am so utterly sick of this "curse of Anaheim" trash.

The players should each be fined $50,000 per loss there until it ends. The most disgusting streak going now for a team in the NHL.

Didn't get a powerplay until 45 minutes into the game either.

Horrible officiating tonight, just like the playoff games in that effing building.

The powerplay really needs to get going. A couple opportunities in the 3rd period on the PP, and the Flames only muster 1 shot on net on both of them.

The PK is also brutal, 2nd last in the league only ahead of the Sabres.
