The news reports say the mother told police that the father was due to bring their daughter to Edmonton, it was "his turn". Instead, her boyfriend goes to the father's house and stabs the man to death. Pure speculation, but one possibility is the father was refusing to bring the daughter, so she dispatched her boyfriend to "solve" the problem.

Oh man. Where is the girl. If he knows, I hope he fesses up quickly. Where is she?

I don't even want to think all this stuff, but if the mom was anywhere near this, and the girl is now being hidden because of evidence, fuuuuuu****.

Say it ain't so. I can't really think of better alternative possibilities, but please give up the girl. How can anyone do something to a child, let alone their own child.

This is so sad. I can't believe someone would murder a kid. For whoever is responsible I hope they rot in hell.

Ugh, there's a special place in the abyss for that man. I hope your stay in club fed is filled with pain and suffering. What did a 2 year old child ever do to anyone but love? They know nothing but that.

After the drowned toddler and this, it's hard to let go of my 3 year old after a hug. My god my heart is breaking

Did he kill the girl because she saw him kill her dad? Ugh. What a devastating story. People are the worst.
