Sunday afternoon on NBC will likely draw more viewers than Sunday night on NBCSN.

Yep. Sunday afternoon games are a much better draw in the US as Sunday evening is a big night for regularly scheduled TV.

I'm hoping for Hawks. Mostly because I'd like to see the Flames model themselves on the Hawks style more than the Kings/Anaheim style. I think the key players we already have are/will be analogous with the key Hawks players. The Hawks can show the flames the way to beating the big teams in the Pacific.

Do the Hawks win this karmically just series in spite of Duncan Keith being run over by a truck prior to the game?

I actually like both teams. If the Ducks play like they did against Calgary, and get the secondary scoring, it's going to be tough for the hawks. But I think this is the Stanley Cup.

Yeah, I see this as the same as last year -- whoever comes out of the west is the cup favourite by a wide margin.

You guys still hold him elbowing Sedin into oblivion against him? I still see that as fair payback for the Sedin cheap shot that began the whole sequence of events...Karma IS a bitch!

Definitely never want to see Kesler win a cup.
Really like Toews, Kane, Hossa, Sharp, Seabrook - Go Hawks!

I own a Toews Olympic jersey and Kesler sucks so I guess go Blackhawks.

Completely agree. The Eastern final is irrelevant. The winner of this series takes the Cup.

I like Kane. He reminds me of Gaudreau.

I am already disgusted with NBC's coverage of game 1...I don't mind Albert and Michaleti, but, like many Blackhawk fans, I have no use for Brian Engblom

Too bad the refs didn't call stuff like that against Perry in the Flames series.

Well, they did in the first period of game 1 where he got 2 penalties....and then put the whistles away the rest of the series.
