Could be some sort of a record there.
I wonder how many playoff serieses have started with someone scoring on their own goal?

So Subban axe-chops Pageau in the face, and no penalty?
Oh, Steve Kozari. Carry-on then.

Haha, NHL reffing I so unintentionally awesome sometimes. PK Subban clearly highsticks a Sens player, for a very easy call. Subban tells the ref no for about a minute straight, and they give in and send him back to the bench.

Yeah, WTF was that? You can clearly see that basically tomahawks the guy trying to swat at a puck that must be 10 feet in the air and the refs call it and then.....change their minds? Since when?

Do I get a point for Markov's goal if I have him in my playoff pool?

Wasn't 100% sure on that. Maybe that was the argument he made and Kozari bought it?

According to Dean Brown (Sens radio guy), the referees rescinded the penalty on Subban because a linesman thought the puck hit Pageau and not Subban's stick.
All that tells me is that somehow, all four officials didn't see the play.

This game has been kind of boring. Where's the playoff intensity?

I'm finding the other Eastern game lacking in intensity too.
I guess we'll have to wait until Hawks Preds to see a real game
