This is pretty close, captures most of it.

Hartley's first line to Brisebois, though, was: "parle-pas à mes joueurs" ("don't talk to my players")...with a lot of "ferme ta guele" ("shut the #### up") and a lot of other Quebec swears.

During the Ottawa comeback...

Quote:
“When we scored that first goal, I said to myself, ‘Here we go again,’ ” recounted Flames head coach Bob Hartley after Tuesday’s practice session at the Saddledome, their first twirl on home ice in more than two weeks. “They were jumping in front of me. We had a hard time to keep them sitting down. It looked like a bunch of Timbits out there.”

More on tonights game:
"The Pope would be in town and we would still be starting game four of our segment. It's not time to start singing a different tune to our guys, we don't change a thing." - Bob Hartley on not adjusting their approach based on their opponents

Before today's game in an interview with Donna Spencer...

“I try to gauge them every day,” Hartley said of his players. “I don’t feel one ounce of nervousness. (I feel like I’m) taking a bunch of kids to the circus every day.

This one is my favourite so far.

"We stole a point, lets get the hell out of here."

Thanks Jay.

How often does a coach survive a GM firing? Let alone the former GMs brother-in-law?

I'm really glad Treliving didn't feel the need to put his stamp on anything needlessly.

“(Just) because I buy a stethoscope, I can’t consider myself a cardiologist,” Hartley warned Thursday, when asked for his take on what the numbers folks think of his Flames. “We have heart. We have commitment. This is not baseball, it’s a game where you move position a lot. There is a certain truth to those numbers, but many of them I don’t think apply to hockey.”

It's incredible when you think about the difference in the atmosphere now, compared to the B Sutter era.

In the media scrum today when talking about his team staying focussed "I feed my kids, leftovers go to the neighbours".
