I think Treliving should get some credit for the moves he didn't make. It would be easy (and expected) for a new GM to step in and bring in his guys. Hire new coaches. Re-make the dressing room. Move out the old regime's prospects and bring in ones he likes. Treliving's patience is a good thing.
