Griffins Goal

1-4 Griffins

Griffins player walked in, waited and just put it in. Didn't face any defence.

Ramage looks to have gone back to defence. He has been removed from RW.

Won't fault him for trying, but he wasn't that good at it.

I see what you're saying. But I would rather move Reinhart to the wing. His value is low right now and will probably increase if he gets more nhl time. Probably worth the risk of keeping him around for future call ups as you won't get more than a late pick for him now.

here is a thought, but if Reinhart is really healthy scratched perhaps it is because he is about to be traded

Flames with some good pressure in the Griffins zone, but couldn't get a goal on that PP.

Interesting. I thought Diana Nearhous said he was nicked up? If not you could be on to something. No way they healthy the guy and use Ramage on the wing.

No offense to her, but she's made a number of mistakes this season regarding the roster and player status/scratches.

She's not an insider to the team like PMM was, she's a reporter for the Post. She doesn't have connections to the team other then what she sees at practice or getting handed in the media booth.

Ferraro and Gillies get into a little scrap but get broken up and put in the box. They are still screaming at each other in the box.

Both get 2 for roughing.

Gillies and Ferraro still yelling at each other. Ref has just gone into Ferraro's box and yelling at him now.

This could end badly.

Well Gillies and Ferraro left the box and didn't maim each other, so that's a plus.

Hanowski and Gillies with a chance but it missed. Culkin with a chance as well.

Grand Rapids still just killing us in shots. 41-30 Grand Rapids.

Flames Wotherspoon getting called for holding.

Flames back to the PK. So far Grand Rapids is 0/3.

Yup Nearhos is very disappointing after having PMM provide us information.

It is kind of unfair thing to say about here on this forum without actually knowing her, but it seems like she mails it in compared to a lot of other AHL reporters that I follow on twitter.

Doesn't seem to be a passion to know the team.

Disappointing night to have a dud of a game. Hopefully the crowd still had a good time.

That was the same feeling I got.

She seems to type things off the lineup sheet, her game recaps are a couple paragraphs at best repeating what you find on AHL.com and she doesn't seem to have any info on the players and what's going on with the team. It's like she's doing this on the side, this isn't what she really does.

I've tried tweeting her questions about the guys status, as have other fans, and the answer (if you get one) is always "I don't know". Frustrating when she's essentially it in Adirondack and doesn't have any information. The PBP guy has been better for getting that information.

Maybe it's her reporting style, but she seems to hype the negatives and ignore the positives. That Scorch fail was 100% on her. She posted that first picture with no background that started the backlash.

Hopefully they'll get someone else that might be a little more team focused.

Sieloff getting into a pushing match. Looks like he might be going off.

Yikes, Sieloff getting a 10 minute misconduct.
