That was a really nice passing play on the goal. Reinhart had the puck on the hash marks and spotted Culkin sneaking in on the other side of the ice. Culkin took the pass and got it over to Hathaway who was in screening position. Good to see Reinhart making plays.

What's going on with Poirier? A period in and not a single point yet?

audio feed for some reason doesn't and hasn't worked for me on either Firefox or IE, so I go an alternative route.

Wow. Cundari absolutely crushed a guy.

Got beat up a little after when a giant chased him down. PP goes to the Flames.

I think we have the same feed. So frustrating. I've got my video muted and I'm listening to the radio feed. I'll hear a goal call and then wait a minute to see the goal haha.

good to hear Elson doing well. Caught a lot of him in Red Deer and even though he was an over ager he looked quite good. I thought he had the ability to turn into an energy line guy, glad itblooks like he could work his way to that point

End of the 2nd.

2-1 Hamilton

shots 24-19 in favour of the Flames

Flames really had some pressure at the end of the period trying to get the equalizer

Good to hear that the Flames are managing to right the ship without so many major contributors.

Burke:

job is supervisory, confers and advises Brad. work on trades together
Conroy in charge of pro scouting
Pascal working a lot in Adirondack
Pascal and Conroy doing great jobs so far
Calgary Flames off to a better than experts predicted
schedule not bad after this road trip, 11 road games already knocked off

got a real mobile dmen group
media doesn't talk about us much
TJ Brodie has been fantastic
Giordano is special - good leader and captain - great offensively
Russell is small but quick

Josh was last cut in training camp almost made it
doing everything he can to stay

Granlund has been good, more of a quiet player

we want mirror image systems, want farm to be identical to big team
doesn't understand why all NHL clubs don't do this

cool to have Gillies, Jankowski, and Gilmour come from his alma mater
expect Gillies to be dominant, gotten to a good start
gilmour is a good 2 way defencemen
Jankowski was a high pick and is developing slow but he has a chance to be there

visiting his daughters in Toronto
first time watching Adiriondack
appreciate the fan support so far
