Yeah, at some point you want them to go on something like a 3-game winning streak to ensure they stay the course. A mini-streak every 15-20 games usually keeps the status quo no matter how many of the other games are lost.

Might have been nothing but Fasth went to the bench and said something to Schrivens who got ready.
Edit: Yup. I think Fasth took himself out of the game - went to the bench and talked to Schrivens immediately at the timeout. Schrivens got up immediately and got ready. I really hope it's like Patrick Roy and not an injury/illness.
