Nope, I got those. You'll see on my stats screen that my heroes were at a combined level of 63,525 before my final ascension.

As mentioned, the 5 missing achievements are 1 each for passing levels 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, and 2000, respectively. It took 35 days for me to get to level 1000. So I said "#### that" to the remaining 5.

I'm missing something. A hero soul gives you an extra 10% DPS. Yes the ancients (beyond the first few) many souls to upgrade. The upgrades are usually only equivalent to 20% DPS or less.

Why not just hoard all of your souls?

That's what I wondered but I think you get the bonus from the hero soul when you ascend, but you don't have to keep the hero soul to keep the bonus.. So you can spend them after you ascend. That's how I understood it anyway.

The ancient upgrades are multiplicative, while the hero souls are additive. So there comes a point where upgrading ancients is better

You don't keep the hero souls bonus if you spend them, even after ascend. At least not by my experience. You only get the DPS bonus from the Souls you already have, not the ones you're waiting to collect on next ascend.

I've gotten to level 230 on my restarted game. What are you doing?

not playing through as fast I guess? I dunno, I'm not putting much thought into it, I'm just kinda letting it run. I want to pump up my Siyalatas, but I'm just too cheap with my Hero Souls. I have +880% DPS from the souls and am sitting at 200% idle with Siyalatas. It's going to be a net loss to try and match my hero soul DPS by buffing him

Are you leveling up your lower tier heroes as well? There's a 4x damage bonus for every 25 levels after 200, and a 10x bonus for every 1000 levels. Also, your gold accumulates quicker if you close out of the game rather than letting it idle in a browser window/tab.

Do you have any ancients? Or are you saving your hero souls? Just curious. My obsession with this game is unhealthy.

basically I dump all my gold into my lower tier heroes when I'm about to ascend. The damage bonuses on them are pretty minimal when you're at these levels I find.

I have three Ancients. Level 20 Morgulis which gives 220% additional Hero Soul DPS (additive unfortunately), Level 8 Siyalatas for 200% idle DPS and level 4 Mammon for 20% additional gold dropped.

I'm idling on level 159 right now before I use my power-ups. My level 1000 Treebeast (second hero) contributes the most DPS (84,529 S) except for my level 100 Frostleaf (137 O, or 137,000 S).
