Here's Brown hoisting the Cup then passing it to "Reginald".
You know what my favorite thing about Reggie's cup celebration is? Watch it again, he technically never raises the cup, he just grabs it pre-raised from Dustin Brown and continues on his way. Awesome.
Edit: He does raise it a bit, but that's from the already raised position he had it in.
i recall, shortly after Darryl was dismissed by the Flames, he brought his son to a Flames game because Chris wanted to cheer "his" team on. I remember that they panned the camera on him and Chris in their seats.
That must of been hard for Darryl to do but after reading this article, I now understand why.
Darryl's a class act!

That was Chris's 18th birthday, a couple months after Darryl was let go. Darryl told him he could do anything he wanted, and he said he wanted to go to the Flames game.

It really was a treat to watch the Kings on this post season run. They played so hard, never panicked or quit, just kept plugging a long, really felt like it was all for one. In the on ice interviews more than one guy mentioned it was more than a team it was a family thing in that dressing room. I firmly believe that is all Sutter's doing. The guy just gets it.
A lot of respect for the coach and the man.

When Robyn gets a day with the Stanley Cup, he will be bringing it home to Rosthern to visit the minor hockey league team there. She expects it will also make a stop in Calgary.
I went to the rally today, mostly just to say congrats to Darryl and Reggie. Reggie definitely won the award for worst hat, and Darryl proved once again what an honorable guy he is.
After the speeches were finished, the players (still on the ice) and fans watched about 15 minutes of clips from each of the four series on the jumbotron. I noticed Darryl left his spot on the podium right when the video was starting and quietly walked over to where Chris was sitting (penalty box area); Darryl just hung out with Chris the whole time, basically allowing the spotlight to be on the players. He didn't even get in the last group photo with the Cup, instead he kept hanging out with Chris.
It's hard to overstate just how out of place Darryl is in a place like LA. While so many folks in this city are looking for fame and notoriety by any means necessary, Darryl would just rather be back on the farm close to family. He reminds me so much of all the hard-working yet extraordinarily humble Alberta folks that I grew up with before I moved to the US.
As out of place as he is here, though, the people love him. Sutter easily got the loudest and longest cheer (standing ovation) of anybody on the podium.

Went to middle/high school with Chris and with all the bullying and bull#### he had to go through, it puts a huge smile on my face seeing him raise the cup.
Congrats to Daryll and Reggie!
that is a sad statement, guys who where doing this should be forced to line up to play the sutters in a 2-2 puck battle drill in the corner......
