Heatly with the big hit to start the sequence for the tying goal. This isn't the Minnesota style of old. Out skate and out hit opponents.
But now, Bryz channeling some of his Oilers taint..very good shot by Kane sure, but he had nowhere else to go with the puck, yet Bryz was down too low needlessly to open space up top.

Wow. That has got to be deflating for the Wild. "What the hell are we going to do about this guy for the next week?"

Would normally agree, but remarkably well placed shot.

If you have full control of the puck when you enter the zone, before the puck, it is not deemed an offside play.

That's not off-side because he controls the puck.

Yup wasn't offside according to the NHL rules:
http://www.nhl.com/ice/page.htm?id=26497
Quote:
A player is on-side when either of his skates are in contact with, or on his own side of the line, at the instant the puck completely crosses the leadingedge of the blueline regardless of the position of his stick. However, a player actually controlling the puck who shall cross the line ahead of the puck shall not be considered “off-side,” provided he had possession and control of the puck prior to his skates crossing the blue line.

What's 'full control' mean? Isn't it simpler to call it how it's always been called? Like when the skates are over the line before the puck?
