The reffing was so over the top biased and bad, that it just gets frustrating trying to argue with people who don't have a clue.

I think it was a dead issue.

NHL referees were listed with a country of NHL, not Canada, not US, etc.

In other words, going in they were considered to be professional unbiased NHL representatives, and I think by their performances this held true.
