Toronto haven't done much in this game so far
They had the same team jacket, that's about it. A team jacket is going to be the same anyway.

Healy's almost as pro-leaf as Hughson is pro-Canuck.

Wouldn't it be better to be off for the holiday and just not watch the game?

Jimmy Howard may be frozen down there... haven't seen him much this period.

EDIT: well there he is.

Down Goes Brown ‏@DownGoesBrown 3m Do you think Jimmy Howard gets excited when the shovelers come out, just so he can have some human contact?

if this were a real pond hockey game Glenn Healy would have already been bullied and thrown into a snowbank.

Alright. Kipper is still the only goalie with a shutout in an outdoor game.

Dunno what to tell you, it was always something that was impressed on us growing up, and you hear it echoed a lot in sports, not just by Cherry (whom I usually don't agree with).

Why do you think most of the hockey players (and basketball players) do dress up on game day? Obviously it has to come from somewhere.

The reason being you want to represent yourself, your team (school) and city with pride. Also get yourself into the mindset of being there for a purpose, not just to have a good time.

I guess I can't argue that a suit might more sense in a economic setting than a sports one, but like I said, a lot of players and coaches seem to agree, and 'professional' means a lot more than just a doctor or lawyer or stockbroker.
