I like that they're doing something different, but their insistence on making monochromatic jerseys speaks pretty loudly to what they think of going back to purple and gold.

Gretzky played for the team in Black and Silver, and they just won cups 2 out of 3 years wearing those colors.
They aren't going back to purple and gold anytime soon.

Agreed, but it's still disappointing. They're the most bland team on the ice with potential to have the most vibrant and fun palette on the ice. Between them and the Ducks, such a waste of awesome palettes

I don't mind it. Really like the jersey, not sure about the combination of everything though. Would look better with blakc pants, but there are worse for sure.

I think all the white is what bothers me about it.
Then throw them out onto the ice and you wont even be able to see them.
