I know this thread is suppose to be for fun and just posting some general scares and creeps, and by no means showing any disrespect towards this person's family, but this case definitley falls into the "creepy" category.
I'm sure some of you may have heard of the Elisa Lam case earlier this year, where a young woman somehow dies in the Cecil hotel water tank in LA. The case is one of the strangest and creepiest in recent memory.
