I just had a visual.

You have to think this will be a regular occurence. Hall, RNH and Eberle are up front. Schultz and Ference on the point. How bloody ridiculous will that look.

Pretty sure, according to NHL rules, only 3 players can wear a letter at a time.

Still silly though. Not a fan of rotating captains.

It's pretty common practice. Lemaire rotated the C in Minnesota. I personally think the importance put on the letters by fan bases is the most overblown aspect in hockey.

Ref blows whistle on a goaltender penalty call. Calls for captains, in order to explain ruling. Entire Oilers bench stands up, ala Spartacus, each claiming to be captain.
