It's not like he got caught doing the nazi salute. Offering Facebook support for the Filet-A-Fish guy barely registers in the scheme of human awfulness.

I don't understand this. Why can't he play in the preseason on a PTO? Other players don't seem to have a problem with it.

That's a whole different debate, but if you can't see how the things he's said and done makes him come off as scummy, then we're clearly on two different sides of the debate. That's fine though, as I said, personal stuff aside I'm sure he's going to perform well this year.

@DownGoesBrown
Keeps awkwardly referring to it as a "stand your ground" clause. RT @capgeek Tim Thomas gets a no-move clause in his deal with the Panthers

If I was FLA's GM, I would never sign Thomas to a no movement clause. I would want the option of burying him in the minors.

Yet half of this board believes that you can jinx games by writing stuff on an internet forum... Thatīs more like from the 1700th century. Some people might consider that more stupid and ignorant.
People have different opinions and like said, itīs not like he shot someone and got away with it. Not that big of a deal.

You know you can't do that anymore without a penalty right?

I think you and Henry Fool are arguing a point that isn't being debated. No one is saying anything he's done is awful or reprehensible. We're just saying he's a far right wing, mouth breathing moron, who believes marriage should be between a man and woman, in 2013. Who the hell still supports that garbage now a days? You'd have to be an idiot.
