The only nights that work for me are Saturday and Tuesday.

Maybe we could have a poll where users can select multiple options. Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday - and whichever night has the most votes we can hold it that night.

Most of us bring a list of some sort, but it's usually printed (or one of the magazines).

I brought my laptop last year but it's better to print out a couple pages and bring them along. Tough to have a laptop going and beer and a burger or wings going at the same time. Haha.

I actually wear a wire so that I'm connected to a team of insiders (including Darren Dreger) who are waiting outside of the pub in a van feeding me expert information regarding my next pick. This has been crucial to my success in the regular season pool....which I have never won. (I did win the playoff pool once though.....)

Also.....Aeneas brings a big board with all the players names on it. When they get taken we cross them off with a sharpie. So theres that.

Windom did promise to up-rate our techno-quotient one time, but unfortunately that never materialized.

This is like herding cats. It seems Saturday is still the best night to do this. Bring a friend (but no Oiler or Canuck fans please).

You can send a list and participate by proxy if you can't be there. I recommend a ranked list of 250 players.

I hope you guys don't mind me putting this in here, can't make the CP live draft so thought of running this. Its the box selection pool.

$20 to play. 70%-20%-10% break down for the money. Scoring system is written on the sheet. If you or anyone you know that would be interested please fill out the form and arrange to send me the money by Sunday September 29, 2013.

To all posters of CP. This is a fun event where a bunch of us get together with our pool lists, drink a few wobbly pops and chuck peanuts at those who pick players from the Oilers and the Canucks. Most of all you don't have to be some hockey guru to a part of this. Pick up a hockey pool magazine and remove the top 200's player lists. Think of it as a way to meet some fellow posters from CP and share in some good hearted jabs at one another for their picks they make.
