Peter Maher is a legend, the Vin Scully of hockey in my opinion. Does he even need a color man?

Not sure what your problem is but people are free to disagree about who they like and dislike, especially with something as subjective as PBP.
Not really sure why I have to curl up in a corner for not liking Loubardias or why you don't take issue with the many other posters who don't like him either.

For me he is terrible because of his voice, his stupid phrases and over reliance on them and his inane rambling stories that are boring as hell and so out of place.
When I heard him on the FAN and he talked about other sports where he didn't have to tell a 15 minute story about a guys mom and what the weather was like when he met the guys next door neighbour 15 years ago he was very good. He didn't clog up the air with pointless stories and just gave an straight opinion/information.
