I wonder if the game owner is using my processor to mine bitcoins. Pretty clever if true.

Using anything to mine bitcoins but dedicated ASCI chips at this point is pretty useless. What you mentioned would not be worth his time or effort at all.
If you had a top of the line i7 processor, and it was using all the resources (you would notice if this was true, because your PC wouldn't function) it would only mine 1% of what a $15 USB device would produce. The only way to do this, and not be caught right away would be to cut that production even further, by something like 80%. Then factor in overhead of pooling the miners, you lose maybe 10% extra, so you are left with 0.1% of $15, if everyone running it is using a top of the line processor, which they are not.
So if he managed to write the code, and get one person to run it, he would have saved himself 1.5 cents, and have some type of server set up to run it, which costs him at least that much in power.

I hit 100 condensors this morning, so I reset my progress. You get a number of heavenly chips based on how many cookies you reset with, I guess. These chips give you 2% CPS multiplier each, so I have +626% cps starting out, which is making things go much quicker.
edit: Since making this post, which is about 5 minutes ago now, I have earned enough for a time machine, just to give you an idea of how much faster it is.

What are you using for an autoclicker program. I have been thinking about adding one in but so far have resisted cheating.

I am using a program I have had for many years, AutoClicker. It is really simple, but it works well.
There are so many malware filled options out there that I would not suggest that you just download any random one of them.
If you are interested, I can send you my copy, send me a PM. I tried to find a site to download it from recently and came up with a bunch of options that were not the same program, so I was very wary.

They aren't the screen for long and if you aren't watching frequently you'll miss them. That would be my guess, but it seems very unlikely that you would somehow miss every single one.

You mention that so I check my tab and there one is - thanks!
And yeah, they are totally random around the screen and they don't jump out - they just fade in and after a few seconds fade away again.

They seem to come at about the rate of 1 every 4-5 minutes, give or take. Once you double how often they come, with upgrades, you sometimes get one in that 153 frenzy second window, for the double bonus, sometimes not.

Getting started would be the only slow part as you would need two golden lucky cookies to get your 15 cookies to buy a cursor. After that especillay with heavenly cookies it would go pretty quick. Only four antimatter condensors to go.

Going to give it a go right now. Might take me a couple hours to actually click the golden cookies, but then I can just let it run for a bit. At 1428% cps with my Heavenly chips, so it should be really quick.

How did you get so many? I got 50 after buying 100 of everything.

That was after 2 resets. It has to do with the number of cookies you have gotten, not with buildings
After the first time I reset, and someone posted the wiki, I realized there was a nice autoclicker program that sped things up quite a bit.
Lucky for me, it killed the game for me.

No autoclicking or anything and I can add about 1 antimatter condenser a day.
And good luck getting 777 golden cookie clicks.
