I'm not personally a fan of sitting on the ends. I find it difficult to see the flow of the game. You can't really tell how much guys are pinching or see what's happening when the play is at the other end of the rink. Corners are fine though, it's just right behind the nets that I don't like.

I'll put it out there as well, if there is anyone in 225 or 213 in the mid rows wanting to move or just giving them up to maybe move somewhere else, then please give me a pm.

I'm presently in the high rows of 225 just looking to move closer to the red rows.

Just got notice from the Flames that seat relocation has been postponed. Only surprising thing is that they got the notice out so diligently. Good work Flames staff!

Agreed. The Flames have handled things very well. Keeping things in perspective. Clearly everyone has their minds on a lot of things besides hockey right now.

Just got an email from the Flames. Looks like they are giving everyone a certain time and date to either phone in or go to the ticket office in person, however no access to the Dome's seating area is available: they are giving you three choices that meet your criteria and you pick one.

Also, here's the price list for all levels.

Any idea what the dates and times are? Just wondering when they will be finished and can start offering tickets to hot house members. Finally getting close to the top of the list so the suspense is killing me.

So I'm assuming that $100/seat renewals will be due in August if you are not offered seats?

I'm looking to swap my whites for greens if anyone in the greens is planning on moving.

Have the majority of the STH who weren't able to do their seat relocation due to the flood received communication from The Flames or their Account Manager?

I have yet to, I've e-mailed and tried calling my Account Manager personally and can't get a hold of her specifically...the general customer service line simply tells me they need to let her talk to her clients and they can't give me a time/date or any info on seat relocation.

When I saw the above timing that Aug. 1 by 8PM would be the final time for relocating it just worries me because I want to have the opportunity to move elsewhere.

A While back they sent out an email asking if you wanted to still do the seat relocation. If you didn't reply they assumed you don't want to relocate. I replied to the first email (about a week after the flood) and just yesterday I received my time to call or visit.

My question is did u reply to that first communication about wanting to relocate still.

This communication is a follow up and update to the email that was sent on Saturday, June 22nd regarding the postponement of your seat relocation event.
Firstly, we hope that the conditions for those affected by the flood are improving and that your families are safe.
While recovery efforts have begun in earnest at Scotiabank Saddledome, it is difficult to predict when the building will be operational and available for public access. Please note that the restoration of the Dome could make it difficult to execute the seat relocation event as you have known it in the past.
REGISTER TO REQUEST A SEAT RELOCATION (REQUIRED) – PLEASE REGISTER BY JULY 9th
Decisions on building status and available dates will be made in the coming days and weeks. At this time, we would like to request that you confirm your desire to relocate your seats. Your reply will allow us to minimize the disruption for you and maximize the time and resources that we will ultimately have to carry out the balance of our seat relocation event.
Those who register will be contacted with more information once the seat relocation process has been determined. By not registering, you are indicating that you are happy with your seats and do not wish to move them (you will not receive further communication on the seat relocation event).
You will notice some optional questions following the request to relocate your seats on the linked form. These are voluntary and are not required to register for your seat relocation. These additional questions are simply designed to better understand our season ticket holders and their preferences.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. Should you have any questions please contact the customer service team by email at customerservice@calgaryflames.com or by phone at 403-777-4646.

Just called to see what my options are, was offered 211 row 13. Aisle or middle of section. I'm row 14 and like my neighbors, so I'm staying put. But those are some pretty sweet seats for anyone looking for whites.

I dropped in for my relocation this morning and for the first time in years had a couple of good options for moving. I have finally realized my dream of getting aisle seats again!

On a side note, you could smell the moldiness in there. It wasn't strong and overpowering but it was there.

Dropped in means to the ticket office, not the actual bowl where the seats are, right?

I'm debating going down vs phoning in. Doesn't seem like there'd be much advantage to going if I can't see the view from the new seats...

Yeah, just in the ticket office area. They have free donuts and coffee and a nice blown up map of the seating area, so that's about the extent of the advantage vs. phoning in. I live in Inglewood so dropping in on the way to work was a no-brainer. But basically the rep will look at their computer and verbally tell you what seats are available. Then you walk over to the map and try to envision each of the options. Not much different than talking on the phone with a seating map on your computer screen.

After 6 seasons I was finally able to move into Sec 226 and lower row. There are actually some options this year.
