I hadn't seen him yet and at the start of the game CBC listed Ellerby as in the line up. Guess I shouldn't trust CBC

I will say, there are only a handful of players who can do what Kopitar does when he is on the rush. It is nearly impossible to knock him off the puck when he drives the net, just so physically dominating. Malkin is the only other I can think of that can dominate like Kopitar can.

Sure Crosby, Toews, etc. can drive the net and hold the puck, but Kopitar and Malkin just push the defenders out of the way and do what they want.

It's fantastic to watch.
