Glass hip/groin, and a guy who is all-world, for like half the time he plays, no thanks.

No kidding. Gaborik might not pass through airport security uninjured!

Don't get this for Columbus. They should be holding onto the young guys, not trading them away. But they do have 3 firsts so maybe they felt they could afford to trade Moore.

Starting to believe Feaster did decent with Iggy and Bouwmeester.

Gaborik is better than Nash IMO. If Columbus gives up less than NY did for Nash than they really robbed the Rangers in the 2 deals. Its nice seeing Columbus succeed, I'd like to see them make the playoffs
It depends on if Gaborik goes and what they gave up of course

Sather is great at trades and horrible at Free Agency.

I believe Dorsette was the last, longest remaining original CBJ player after the Nash deal.

Aggressive move by Columbus. I guess they like Erixon more than John Moore?

Gaborik = Nash
Dubinsky = Brassard
Erixon = Moore
So Anisomov + 1st for Dorsett..way to go CBJ.

Rangers traded pieces of what was the first place team last year for pieces of what was the last place team last year....now sure how they win the trade.
Nash, Brassard, Moore, Dorsett, for Gaborik, Ansimov, Dubinski, Erixon, 1st

Feaster did alright with Iginla. If they hadn't screwed it up and had gotten Koko and a 1st it would have been an outright win.
The Bouw trade I'm still not sold on. Depends on where St. Louis ends up I guess.

Gaborik gets a much better return than J-Bo under similar circumstances

Great return for NYR but I am not a fan of gaborik so that could skew things.

I like this for Columbus. I like Gaborik more than Nash though. I figure if you're going to have a one dimensional goal scorer, have a guy who's no bones about it that you don't have any other expectations for and save yourself some grief.

??? I would have traded Iggy for Brassard and Dorsett instead of what we got from Pittsburgh or Boston.

Sather is laughing right now. What a horrific move by Columbus.
