Pens looked flat but Iggy was flying. Looked like their best player tonight to me.

Had a lot of shots on net, was very physical, back checked hard, driving strong to the net...

All vintage Iggy stuff. I think he's going to get better and better and will end up like a raging bull for them in the playoffs.

Bittersweet stuff.

Having trouble shutting up there, champ? Was the smackdown post by J-bo09 with 88 thanks not enough to convince you that you were being a troll and should get the hell out of the thread? How about we try this again...

I think the one silver lining to us missing the post season will be the ability to watch playoff Iginla surrounded by talent. Should be fun.

They made that look easy, I have a feeling that Iggy has been revitalized and is going to be racking up the points.

I'm actually surprised how excited I am to watch Iggy in the playoffs. That guy was made for the playoffs. I think he has been rejuvenated and has some beast mode left.

We can't change anything that has happened in the past 5 years up until now, so I'm just going to enjoy watching my favorite player do what he does best.

Nice to see Iginla contributing on the score sheet. Too bad the Pens' streak is over though. Great to see Iginla flying out there.

WHOOO!!!

Classic Iggy goal too.

That defensive play after his stick blew up was pretty sexy too. Too bad Niskanen screwed that whole play up.

Haha.... Love the hate TSN has for the Flames, and apparently even former Flames.
Whoever she is's intro line on SportsCentre tonight: Jarome Iginla finally scores his first goal for the Pens tonight.....
Sheesh

What? No. He was only on the ice for one Buffalo's goals and he made a good play to stop the rush before Niskanen coughed it up. That was horrible by Niskanen. I thought Iggy was impressive in both ends tonight. He really seems to have improved his play along the boards and I love watching that line bull their way around the offensive zone. Great to see him get his first of many!

He didn't have a great game defensively? lol what game were you watching?

Iggy looked good out there, can tell he has a huge extra jump in his step. Happy he scored and happy the Pens lost. Iggy can lift the cup every year until he retires after this one, cheering for the Pens is borderline impossible for me, cheering for them when we have their first pick? Not gonna happen.

I'm curious to see what his production looks like for the rest of the season. I can only imagine his point totals after a full year of playing with guys like Neal, Crosby, Malkin etc...

Actually it was Kunitz that dished to Iginla

Just watched the condensed game in Gamecentre. In the first period all the highlights were Iggy related. That Neal-Malkin-Iginla line could become the stuff of legend. The chemistry looks to be there already. I'd say that line should have scored a few more in the 1st period but Miller made some great saves. The Pens then looked incredibly flat until the last 10 minutes of the 3rd.

Props to the Sabres for ending the Penguins' winning streak. For a 'selling' team they all looked pretty fired up. Maybe trying to boost their stock & get traded to the Penguins?

It's also a little bit like having your ex-gf release porn videos of her & her new bf, and to make it worse she's doing stuff for him that she'd never do for you!

I've seen better posters get banned from this forum for less, and yet this Da_Chief guy is here. Unbelievable.

and congratz Iggy, I'll be cheering for every goal and point you do! Go Iggy Go!

Iginla had a good game, he was probably the Pens second best forward tonight after Malkin. Every time their line was on Buf was stuck in their own zone and Miller had to make saves
