Boston: Spooner or Khokhlachev + 1st. I don't want Subban and given Feaster's love affair with the USHL lately it could be Ferlin.
Pittsburgh: Pouliot's probably a pipe dream, but maybe Iggy + 3rd for Pouliot. Pitt is deep in terms of defines prospect depth, so it'll probably be Morrow or Maata.
LA: Toffoli, but we'd probably have to throw in a mid-late pick. Otherwise, Forbort or Pearson. I know Bernier was rumoured, but I can't see that happening.
Chicago: Last year I might've said Saad, not happening this year. Teravainen or McNeill + draft pick.

Iggy plus? Lol it's going to be the other way around. Prospects plus pick(s) for Iggy.

I'd much rather him go to the East then West.
Morrow + 1st + Kennedy for Iggy.

For those that know the minors/prospects would someone be able to outline the best/most realistic return from these teams for Iginla? I know we don't know what's going on but it would be nice to get a rough idea what may come back if this is all true.
EDIT: Looks like this might be it:

I would be inclined to say Boston or LA would have the most interest in augmenting their forward group. Penguins are just getting better offensively. Beau Bennett is now a legit top 6 winger whereas at the beginning of the season he would've been more of a question mark.
LA certainly could use another trigger man. They have great puck possession forwards with an insane commitment to defense, but carter is their only real 'trigger man'. They would be vastly improved if they could more Penner down to the third line, slotting iginla in on their second. Mike Richards is a player who I think would be an excellent setup man for iginla; better than tanguay in some respects, because of his north-south game.

Chicago doesn't really need him.
LA doesn't have the pieces for him.
Boston has the pieces, but are unlikely to part with them.
It seems to me the only logical choice is Pittsburgh.

I don't know why RDS would get wind of this first, but it seems like a reliable enough source to upgrade this to "legitimate rumor" status, if not quite fact.
On another front, I've heard whispers for the last 7-10 days that Iginla has indeed waived his NTC. Those were third and fourth hand info though so I didn't share them, but they line-up with this "news" today.

Thanks for coming on here to clarify and stand behind the information you're passing on.
Raises *your* credibility as a source.

So, if he has submitted his list, is Feaster free to trade him to any of those teams, or does he still get last say?

Yeah RDS can come up with breaking news but they are also known for rumour mongering. It could be a good guess and they are right and so take credit.

There is a basic framework that would be the expected expected return, but there is so much room for movement and interpretation within that structure that its going to next to impossible to accurately guess the specific return.
One teams overpayment is another's fair price.

Typically, in these sorts of cases, once the player has handed off his list, he's given his approval to go to any of them. No need to ask for further approval, GM now has the freedom to go for the best deal possible.

Trevor Martins @Tmart1040 So iginla will waive NTC to go to Chi, Pitt, Bos or LA. Can't wait for that 25th-30th pick to really ignite the future. #dontleaveiggy

I would hope that Iginla gets the last say. If he truly has lifted his NTC, then technically Feaster can deal him however.
But out of respect, and the "list", I think Iggy would get the last say.
I could be completely wrong how this works. No idea.
