we got some AWESOME news today!!! in one of my earlier posts i showed a pic of Jordan in her harness that is meant to fix her dislocating hips. well this morning we had to go to the hospital for the doc to check her hips and they are fixed!!! full movement with no dislocating at all!!
we had to get an x-ray of her hips... do you realize how difficult it is to hold a 6 week old baby still, with the arms up out of the way and the legs in a 'frogger' position?? man our kid likes to 'wiggle'
we got her home, gave her her first real 'bath' (the harness went one shortly after she was born, so we've only been able to sponge bath her from the waist up as the harness had to stay on at all times). she wasn't really impressed with the bath at first but was all over getting swaddled in a towel that had just been warmed up in the dryer!! ha! ha!
we finally got to dress her up in an actual outfit (we could only use 'onesies' becuz of the harness).....
and a few more from the last couple weeks......
Jordan and i celebrating my men's hockey team championship win! my team plays in the provincials on the may long weekend. i really want to win that... the cup they give out is HUGE and i could get a great pic with Jordan right inside the cup!!
