Man does Miller rub me the wrong way.
Ha, basically Pommer and Vanek gave the stock hockey player comments and Miller told the truth.

Anyways, we were actually in Buffalo for Tuesday's game! And we'll be in Toronto tonight. And as crappy as the game was, it is still a monumental moment in Sabres history to say "I was at the game that got Lindy Ruff fired"

You should make an interpretive video with your dog about it. And post it for us all to enjoy.

Good Riddance to bad rubbish.

Lindy was a quitter as a player, and a coward as a coach. The team has changed a lot over the last few years and yet they look exactly the same on the ice. That's Ruff's "system". It's garbage when Jochen Hecht gets more ice time than Thomas Vanek does.

Last season, Kevin Dineen took a motley crew of nobodies and castoffs and molded a playoff team.
Lindy Ruff took the highest salaried group of talented veterans and went home to golf yet again.

#### him.

It makes no sense to me that Darcy Regier tried to buy his way to success, despite knowing full well that Lindy Ruff has done his best work when his teams are a bunch of hard-working nobodies who buy into his system.

Ruff is responsible for the disappointing results on the ice despite the talent. But IMO, Regier deserves more blame for massively overpaying guys like Ehrhoff and Leino who are secondary pieces at best.
