None in the afternoon.

Had a latte this morning out of the Nespresso at 9 AM. Just had a Coke Zero at 4:30 PM. That's my caffeine intake for the day.

Usually around 3 cups. I used to grab an XL Black at morning, around 3 or 4 and evening from tims, spent a lot of money. The keurig I bought has helped the spending and the coffee tastes a lot better. I have tims once in a while now. But coffee has never really done anything to me, I could have one at 2AM and still sleep with no issue.

Friend of mines dad used to have over 10 XL's a day. It started to give him blinding headaches, he stopped quick.

2-4 a day
I try to limit it to 2, but I seem to be drinking more and more now.
I like having a warm drink with me when I'm working, and it keeps me from snacking and overeating as well.
Trying to switch some tea and/or decaf into the lineup to get the same results but limit my caffeine a bit.

Mon-Fri am, I usually have an extra large double-double. Am going to try to cut back to a large milk/1 sugar.

Beyond that, I tend to drink water or tea, and lots of it.

One to three, depending on the day. More often than not, I will drink two.

I enjoy a cup of coffee before I leave the house in the morning. I know it's not the best stuff in the world (heck it's burnt half the time) but I love the Kirkland Medium roast. It has the sharp taste of a dark roast with the kick of a light roast.

I'll put another cup in my travel mug which will last me all morning. If, I'm so inclined I'll have a Breakfast Blend from the Keurig at work.

Weekends it's two to three cups at home.

I grind the beans myself and use the filters for my Keurig.

The Keurig is seriously one of the bet investment I ever made. I also want a better grinder, my current one is on the fritz.

Man you guys all drink way too much coffee.

I only have 1 mug of coffee per day on weekdays. Zero to 1 per day on the weekends. I will occasionally have 2 cups per day, but that's really rare.

I quit coffee in January! I was having one cup at home and one to two starbucks a day. Which probably works out to about 5 cups. It was making me anxious/jittery, so I weaned myself off.

I'm the equivilent of a chain smoker when it comes to coffee. It got really bad when I went to Brazil 11 years ago, where they brewed coffee far stronger than they do here. Ever since I've drank far more.

I'm probably 6 cups a day I'd guess. I seldom drink any carbonated beverages, which might be why so far my stomach has been able to handle it. My heart will probably blow up when I'm 50. But on the bright side, I won't have to worry about not having enough money to retire. No doubt if I had to quit drinking coffee or liquor, I'd keep my coffee. Not only do I need it, but a good strong cup done right is fantastic.

2 x 750 ml thermos per day. Yes, I tote around my own coffee.

Count me in with the "used to drink a lot but got jittery" crowd.

Down to one or two in the morning (ground at home and french-pressed). If it's a gameday I'll stop at Starbucks for a cup for the drive to the rink or grab one at the rink if we're away.

I have one every morning. Anymore and I get headaches and jittery. Without the one I get headaches and jittery. Starbucks coffee gives me a headache regardless.

Speaking of poop... I was in Bali recently and while there went to an unique coffee plantation. There is a cat-like creature that lives on the island that eats coffee beans and then poops out the inside of the bean: the part that is used to make coffee. While in the stomach of the creature the bean ferments a little and becomes more flavourful and, supposedly, healthier. The coffee itself is very expensive. We tried a small cup and it tasted like a decent, strong coffee but I'm not an aficionado so what do I know. It's nickname is Cat-poop-chino.

Is it bad that I drink coffee at work so prolifically that I am not even certain about the level of my intake?

My daily routine is like this:

· A Tassimo Americano every morning, and usually another home-made Americano to take on the bus to work.
· I would estimate between five and six cups at work, but can't really be sure. The coffee machine in my Department dispenses such a small amount with each selection that I double-up every time in order to fill my North American-sized coffee mug. I probably go for coffee 2–3x each morning and 2–3x each afternoon.
· Not every night, but quite frequently I will have a double-espresso before bed—usually on those nights when I forego my standard sniffer of brandy or cognac.

I get bad headaches if I haven't had my first cup of coffee by 9:00, and this usually causes havoc whenever I jump time-zones. It really sucks when I am sick, because on those days I commonly have no desire at all for a cup of coffee, and then on top of being sick, I also have a splitting headache for the rest of the day. Once I have missed my morning coffee, then nothing helps—the headache stays ALL day, and does not subside regardless of what I do for it.

...What do you know? My cup is empty, so I'm off to get another cup.

1 Starbucks most mornings. If I have to do any driving around maybe 2. If I go to grandmas house its constant coffee/espresso feeding after meals could be 3 plus at that point.
