There were some updates earlier in the week. He practiced with the team before they left for Minnesota and Hartley says he is making good progress or something along those lines. A return next week seems realistic.
Miikka Kiprusoff is close. Brian McGrattan is closer.
Both veterans participated in a full practice Saturday morning with the Calgary Flames at WinSport’s Ice Complex.
For Kiprusoff, it marked his first team session since injuring his knee Feb. 5 at Detroit.
