Every stache that has been posted will always be better than mine. I can grow facial hair but not nearly as much as you guys can. I am 18 after all so i'm sure later on in life i can grow a more respectable stache.

All of you guys can probably grow a better one than me, I haven't been able to find a single camera angle in which my moustache is visible.

I think Movember's popularity has saturated the market for donation money.
The problem (well it's a good thing for the cause) with mustache growing, in terms of trying to raise money, is that almost every guy can do it, it's fun, it's socially acceptable in November, and when it's over you just shave it off. Those factors have led to a massive barrage of guys looking for money every november.
Unlike say, shaving your head for cancer, where a very small portion of people are comfortable shaving their heads, there isn't a specific month where everyone does it, and when their done, they have to wait for it to grow back. Because of the shock value of people who have never shaved their heads shaving their heads, and people knowing it was a big deal to the person, combined with the fact that not that many people do it, leads to lots of donations.
Movember has become a huge social media event, due to it's cause, and the fact that every almost any guy can do it, with no effort, no embarassment (because everyone knows what it's for) and no lasting effects when it's over. It's weird because social media is what has made it huge, and why it brings in lots of money overall, but social media is also what's stopping individual totals from being very high.

Agreed, your individual donations won't be as high as expected because you'll be competing against other friends and family for individual donations.
There are a lot of people doing it and while you might not get the donation from a friend it's very possible that he has already donated to some other moustachioed friend.
Remember that while you might not get the personal donations you want it will still be going to the cause. While your individual tally might not be high each moustache out there is a reminder to the public to think about mens health issues and get checked out.
A lot of little donations add up too! Canada has already raised $14,450,023 and the campaign has raised $42,197,886 so we're all doing something right!

carom (James) donated to my MoThank you to Anonymous for supporting me in my role as a moustache merchant for Movember and helping me to make a difference to the state on men’s health. After all, a good deed brightens a hairy world. Check out my Movember campaign at http://mobro.co/ianjens
Thanks buddy!

I don't have a mo-space, but we have donated to some friends doing it. I did say I was going to grow out some mutton chops for the month, here are the results so far:
No my daughter is not horrified by them, that's just her picture taking look!

Hey! lol
I've received $45 so far this month, nothing to write home about but it's better than nothing. Plus I was able to tell hundreds of people about it since I work at the hotel.

I'm not willing to post my picture (I'm not brave like you guys - although I think I look pretty good), but my team of 3 raised about $3,500 so I'm pretty happy about that.
Also, I've decided to take this into movertime. I just ordered some moustache wax on the internet and plan on keeping it and styling it through at least Christmas. Might go with a short beard as well.
