IMO yes, however when I was younger and when I have had flu shots it seemed I had mixed results.The first time I had a flu shot was a year when I got sicker than ever.(it happens)

You know... I put alot of crap in my body every weekend. I'm sure a flu shot cannot compare to the shots I've given my 50+ year old body on a regular basics.

People mention what a mixed cocktail of ingredients are in a flu shot. I would like to be on record that I eat at McDonalds, Earls, Moxies, and KFC and also every greasy spoon in town with a half decent clubouse so I am sure there is nothing in a flu shot that my body cannot withstand.

Healthcare workers in a few provinces are required to take the flu shot. Why do you think that is?

I should add that hand washing compliance in hospitals is generally pretty poor.
