David Cross - Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind
I admit, I had to check his IMDB page to scout his movie credits, and noticed that he is sometimes credited as "Sir Willups Brightslymoore ." Too funny. I've heard his new comedy CD is pretty good- I'll have to check that out.
OK, how about:

Well I guess The Godfather I & II and Apocalypse Now were alright, but I'll go with To Kill A Mockingbird (where Duvall made his big screen debut as Boo Radley). Honourable mention: The Terry Fox Story made-for-TV-movie.

Crap, you beat me to Peddle's.
For John Wayne, how about The Searchers. Honourable mention: Rio Bravo.
Michael Madsen (still).

Pacino eh? I'll go with the very under-rated movie "Heat".
