long time reader, few time poster. This is the best thread I have ever seen. EVER. Someone needs to put all of these, at the end of the series in one massive compilation and send it to TSN or Snet. awesome.

Same here, if anyone can put all these on one video it would be awesome. I want to know what the Canucks fans have to say about this.

I took a peek in a couple of Kings forums, and discovered that letsgokings.com has a great series called "what they're saying", quotes from the Canucks board.
This is game 2 and pre-game. I thought it was kinda interesting.
-Stay disciplined! No more diving!
- please don't embarrass yourself this time, kesler, and play your game. Create havoc around the net, make some plays, shoot, etc. This goes for henrik as well regarding the diving. I don't want to see any embellishment or diving in this game. It was embarrassing to watch.
- Kesler needs to stop with the obvious embellishing.
- Beyond disgusted with Kesler's play last night. I don't even care if we lose, the Kings are a good team, but to lose like that is just godawful to watch.
- He's my favorite Canuck, but call a spade a spade. He needs to focus more on hockey and less on trying to draw penalties/being aggravating. IIRC, he didn't pull any of that crap when he was shutting down Toews last year, so why start now?
- (regarding the kesler somersault dive): No idea. That's the most disheartening thing I've seen as a Canucks fan since probably game 7 against Boston.
- Kesler needs to focus on skating and not drawing calls
- The Canucks diving really pissed me off last night.
And that was just from the pre-game. Reading that there's certainly lot of Canucks fans either in denial, accepting or even encouraging this behavior.
But there is also clearly a part of their fanbase that's pretty fed up with the diving.
The Canucks to a man have no shame, it's remarkable. Richards takes an inadvertent stick to the mouth (ends up bleeding) from Kesler, but watch what Kelser does. He knows it's his stick, so HE pretends to grab his mouth and sticks his legs in the air. What a bunch of idiots the Canucks are, holy crap.
Kelser was 100% fine BTW.
edit - here's the difference between actually being injured, and not. One guy grabs his face, one guy puts his glove on his visor lol

Richards elbowed Kesler on the play.
I'm all about calling players out on diving but at least be objective.
An environment in which a person encounters only beliefs or opinions that coincide with their own, so that their existing views are reinforced and alternative ideas are not considered.
That doesn't change what Kesler did after the fact, he stuck his legs in the air and grabbed his visor to try and sell something. It didn't last long though, he realized nothing was going to come of it so magically he was fine.
