Brendan and Rachel can go home along with Vanessa and Ralph.
Pretty sure the race isn't going to make Dave and Rachel get closer. Really seems like a relationship that was compltely dominated by Dave. Then he went away on a tour for a year and Rachel developed a spine and isn't about to be dominated again.
Some good teams this year.

"Isn't Bolivia the name of the German province?"

Yeah she was quite something last night.
Can't believe it took the one federal agent 200 throws of the gnome to bite the button. How do you not just finish the task by luck? A case of a serious lack of talent overcoming luck.

and Cheese is toast from the pool as Kerri and Stacy dumb their way out.
Cannot stand Rachel...at.all.
WTF does Brendan see in her? Fame? Fortune? vibrating orifices?

I was happy to see Bibbity Bop stay around for another week. Those guys overcame a huge deficit and several setbacks, speed bump included, and still finished in 6th place.
Even though I have Dave and Rachel in the pool, I really don't care for those two. I find myself cheering for Art and JJ and Mark and Bopper.

I've found a lot of my preconceptions have been shattered so far. I thought I would hate Bopper and Mark, but I find myself cheering for them because of their attitude and outlook despite the fact that they aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer (and I stand by that preconception. They definitely aren't the brightest bulbs.) Similarly, I expected to despise Joey “Fitness” and Danny because of their whole Jersey shtick, but they are so positive and they work together so well that it's hard to dislike them. They're racing a good race.
Right now I am loving watching an excellent team dominate in Art and JJ, but, unlike last season, if they blow it along the way I wouldn't mind seeing either of the other aforementioned teams take the prize. All the other teams can gtfo.

Agreed completely. I thought I would despise the Jersey Shore boys, but I find myself cheering for them. They really seem like genuinely nice people and work well together. Mark and Bopper as well as Art and JJ are the other two teams I'm cheering for. Everyone else either annoys me, or isn't very good. Art and JJ are really doing some damage, I don't think anyone catches them until they all share a plane together again (which is inevitable) and go to a country far away (like going somewhere in Asia/Africa).
I'm really liking this season after last seasons awfulness.

I went from being angry that they didn't get eliminated on the first leg to hoping they win
all of the all male teams this year seem to work well with each other, seem like good people
the male/female teams just bicker constantly
and the ineptitude of the federal agents just makes me fear for the safety of the United States

Joey and Danny Fitness get knocked out last night....too bad, there were teams more worthy of an exit.

BRO NOOOOOO!
they made a seriously bad decision by going after that FFWD challenge and stuck with it way longer then they should have.

The bad choice wasn't so much going for the FFWD. They should have been able to win that challenge against the other team if only from a physical strength aspect. They got there at the same time.
The problem was the guy on the top of the truck was throwing every single bale 15 feet to the side and that wasted a lot of time. As much as the army wife on the other stack hated the bales coming down on top of the stack right beside her, that was the correct strategy. build the base, chuck the next layer near where they need to be just arrange them. Jersey Boys were having to walk every single bale to the stack and throw it on top etc.

I agree with that, but I think in a FFWD, you really have to pay attention to what your competitors are doing and when it becomes apparent that they're far ahead of you, you bolt.
They spent way to long competiting in something that they weren't even close in.

I think the better choice is to never try for the fast forward at all. It's the teams that always make the safe choice and make sure they think everything through and never make mistakes that make it to the end. Then you can gamble if you want to try to win it all.
To me, taking the fast forward is like admitting that you can't beat any of the other teams in a straight up, head to head contest, so you have to make a really risky move to stay in the game.

Even with the fast forward completed Mark and Bopper just couldn't catch up, they were way way way too far behind to ever stand a chance, 3 hours in the hotel and everyone was already gone. It's too bad because of all the people in the race, they deserved the money the most and I was rooting for them to win from the very start.
I assume next week is a 2 hour finale since the pool told me to put my points into who will win. Also, LOL at who ever gets to the final finish line first and then has to go back and do a roadblock (was in the preview for next episode), oh how I hope it is Brendan and Rachel who #### up.
With all that said, I think it comes down to Art and JJ vs Dave and Rachel and I hope Art and JJ come out on top, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Dave and Rachel win either. How Vanessa and Ralph are not only still in it, but made the final four blows my mind, they seem terrible and I thought they'd be gone 4-7 legs ago. Now watch them win, haha.

For the sake of the pool I said Art and JJ would win, but I had a feeling Dave and Rachel would take it. They not only missed the roadblock, but came back, destroyed it and still won.
They hold the new record for most wins in a season going 8/12 including the Million $. Dominant.

At the end of the day, this wasn't a close race at all. it was a huge butt kicking.

So Komskies and YYC_Flames are the winners with Dave and Rachel.
Overall not a bad race, there were some good things and Brendon and Rachel. I found myself really suprised by some teams, namely Mark and Bopper, they were my favorite team by far.
