They aren't a fair comparison, though, as this is just a novelty.

A lot of people have stated that they knew Crosby was going to make the NHL when he was just a kid playing minor hockey. My goal is to find the Crosby of the LFL, using the same tactics.

The Roughnecks? I thought the previous owner sold cause he just couldn't keep taking the losses anymore.

I know the Hitmen get great attendance, but I thought the Roughnecks were having some troubles.

EDIT: Just looked up some stats, it would appear your right. But then I'm even more confused cause I thought they were bouncing between profitable and not profitable.

Weren't profitable because they only generate revenue from ticket sales. Where as now flames generate revenue from everything game day related

I read a herald article yesterday and these girls don't even get paid. They get accommodations on the road and anything towards cosmetically making them better looking is covered.

I am going to be taking my son.

Playdate?

Looks like they are taking another run at this.... with Calgary Fillies.

http://www.calgarysun.com/2013/07/01...-fillies-squad

Oh and they've dropped the "Lingerie" (not literally) and gone with "Legends Football League" ... Guess it's safer for guys to say they are going to a "legends" game...

Its not real football.

Its a gimmick league. I would pick going to a Rage game way over going to see this stupidity.

when part of the tryout for any sports team is rating your sex appeal to me its exploitative.

They might as well make the end zones out of jello.
