Funny, I have a huge neck (apparently). Whenever I go to the Mr. Big and Tall shop, they measure my neck and tell me I wear like a size 60 (I actually don't know which size in numbers, but for conversation's sake, let's say 3XL tall.) I usually wear a XXL tall, sometimes get away with XL tall.

Marks is where I mostly shop now. And I just don't do up top buttons.

We've followed the same game plan - new job is shirt and tie though. So buttoned, and ideally not choking me to death.
