Rachel was in the last 6 picked, so I thought she'd still be game. But if he picks her, ill change that pick accordingly.

Either the last person that wanted in to the draw should get dropped or you get stuck with Evil Dick. You still get a #1 pick in the second round.

What does everyone else think?

I was under the impression that Barnes was organizing the pool, and when he mentioned he thought my previous suggestion was fair I figured it was okay to go from there.

In the case we do drop someone, it shouldn't be myself as I wasn't the last to commit (BurningYears, or an alternative to someone who a'ked). In my opinion.

In what way is it fair that I get stuck with Evel Dick because I was randomly selected to pick last? Is it any way my fault he walked out? No and no. I still stand by my idea of taking from the last 6 or (3,whatever), if picking Rachel because she won HOH already is that big of a deal for you, I will gladly forfeit those 3 points. Just so you don't feel "cheated".

Also I thought the scoring was the start after the draft is done, there for making Rachel HOH win points nullified.

That's a weird decision. If the last person entered (burningyears if I'm right) is dropped then wouldn't we have to redo the draft again since he was 5th? Wouldn't his choice have a domino affect? I would opt for giving Glorious the pick of Evil Dick since it makes everything a lot cleaner. It's just unlucky that he left the house this early. Trackercrowe is also going to be stuck with him (most likely).

Chances are though, Evel Dick wouldn't of even been close to being around. Being forced to take him would just hand myself and Tracker a major deficit.

Last 3-6 picks are obviously the least desirable players, so getting to re-pick one of those contestants isn't much of an advantage at all. Even if the 13th overall pick is repeated at 14 I'm fine with that. I shouldn't get stuck with Evel Dick.

We can't drop anyone. That's not really fair since it was spoiled in this thread. I should mention, in order to avoid some ties, the second round picks can not result in the same pair. Eg. You can't have one person with Rachel and Adam and another with Adam and Rachel. Sound good? I think we did it this way in the past.

I'm obviously good with this, thank you. However; if someone does take extreme exception to Rachel being one of my picks, to the point where they no longer feel this fun pool is any fair or fun. I will take No.13 Kaillia(sp?). I just want this to be a good time, fair from my mind is cheating anyone out of that aspect.

If you don't get the points from Rachel's HOH, that make's it fairer. (is that a word?) I think I screwed up by taking the priest with a permanent hard on anyways
