I'm pretty proud of Federer. What an impressive display today...he had an answer for just about everything Djokovic threw at him.

Madame Li Na wins it all! She nearly choked it away in the 2nd set but hung on and took the 2nd set tiebreak 7-0!

That was good. Li Na deserved to win. She has been consistent over the years.

Meanwhile in the men's doubles final, Nestor's serve is not doing him any favours at all. He and his partner are up a set, but down a break in the second.

Is doubles tennis really considered a sport? How can tennis go from so good in singles to so bad in doubles.

I guess it's like if they put 20 guys on the ice at the same time for hockey.

It's a different game entirely. It's actually fun to watch live too. Speaking of, I hope they bring a Davis Cup tie back to Calgary soon...

And while Nestor's serving sucked, his return game was ridiculous. Another major title for the Canadian!

Federer leads 5-2, Nadal wins 5 games in a row to take the first set.

He's slowly finding his way back. The next 15 minutes are HUGE!

He's still going.. keep this set even as long as possible and see what happens.
This is the best I've seen Federer play on clay and it's still not good enough.

I liked that line by Mary Carillo

"The greatest player of all time can't beat the greatest player in his own time".

Those first five games Federer's backhand was the best I've ever seen it.
