I always find it comical how uptight some people get about work attire. I personally don't care if the guy wears a burlap sack with an extension cord for a belt so long as the work is done properly.

That is a fair opinion. I guess my thought is more in line with people who work outside the office and represents the company in public.

I tried to allow a more casual dress in the office but there is always somebody that takes it too far. Most of the time it winds up being a woman and then it becomes a very difficult thing to handle.

Boy am I ever off topic here...sorry gang.

I do. Burlap sacks aren't that big. His stuff might fall out, and I don't wanna see that.

Appreciating style is one of the facets of adulthood. It doesn't have anything to do with whether or not someone spends a lot of money on their clothing.

A topic about Steve-O migrates from his arrest to workplace attire. I blame Steve-O.

It seems vaguely logical to me as guys like Steve-o sort of personify the perpetual adolescence which permeates the lives of most men nowadays.

Well it is the business world and I always believe that you dress for the job you want not the job you have.

Odds are the person who will promote you will be another generation above you, sometimes you need to play the game.

This is a ####ed up thread.

Insults, debating the hilarity of Jackass, debating proper work attire, pube hair on friends faces, stereotypes of tradespeople, more insults, condescending and judgmental posts.

Oh, and some guy might have been arrested in Calgary on 8 year old charges.

And don't forget about the guy that would rather glue pubes to someone's face than go golfing and eat at the Keg afterward....

I think I'll stick with MY friends! At least everyone gets to keep what dignity they had when the night started. Unless of course they choose to lose it on their own accord...
