Lawyers should not allow children in the room when they interview the elderly parent about a will, to avoid undue influence. Lawyers have to be careful when a client says they want to treat their children differently. If there is any doubt about a client's mental capacity, a doctor's letter is required.
I recommend that the originals be stored safely, and copies be given to all relevant parties.

The hell with that, I am looking foward to watching the drunken brawling and general shenanigans that will break out with a combination of no will and an open bar paid for in advance, I plan on hovering over it all with either my harp or, more likely, a poker up my arse.
