Black Friday is only been a big thing these last couple years in Canada.

I'm kind of glad it's starting up here. Great to have deals going on before Christmas so you can save on the gift giving and not just shop for yourself after you didn't get the gift you wanted.

This. Seems to be the main thing for the States to buy a crapload of stuff and then hand out whatever you don't need accordingly.

I don't know.

I'm rarely impressed with anything that is promoted as some "once in a lifetime sale!!"

50 bucks off of a 500 dollar item? woop dee frickin doo.

However, I must say that some of the deals that Memory Express had going certainly got my attention.

Here's some more math: if you read my post again, the chances of you figuring out I didn't list everything I bought may or may not go up accordingly.

Oh, by the way, I'm not sure if there are any The Oatmeal fans on here but his new book How your cat is planning to kill you is on Amazon for 8.49 today if you're interested.

I didn't even know that campers village sold the Harmony.

No, seriously; what did you pay for it? Costco has them in, just wondering if they've got a decent price on it.

Haha whoops... well anyways you know what I meant.

I got it at futureshop for $107. How much does Costco have it for? I heard they have the 660 for $25...not sure if true though.

$119. Didn't see the 660 there, although I wasn't really looking.

I grabbed the entire Bond saga on Blu Ray for $129.99 off Amazon on Friday while I was in class. Saturday, they had it listed at $99.99. Such a steal.

I got it from amazon.co.uk for $124 shipped a month ago. Only Quantum of Solace was Region B, every other disc was Region-free.
