O'Brien didn't get on the ice much in the 3rd period and the 4th line didn't get many shifts period.

I saw him on the ice after the game celebrating with the team, so hopefully it's nothing serious.

If we iced only rookies they would be making plenty of mistakes. Give the young guys the right amount of minutes surrounded by vets, going as planned.

So awesome to see the Flames win. Lot's of really good stretches for the Flames, lot's of positives, and a lot of work to be done as well.
Joey Mac with the double pad stack was awesome. So was the Dome playing "Return of the Mack" after that save.
WOO FLAMES WIN!

Um, Subban is one of the best skaters in the league. He was trying to do too much because the rest of this team was doing absolutely nothing. I don't really fault him for that, but he really does take it too far sometimes. He needs to dial it back on the detrimental energy, if he wants to make Team Canada.

Ya, you can't do that.

Ummm I know Hartley wants to make it exciting for the national televised audience by sending the game into OT by putting SOB and Butler on the ice, TWICE in the final 5 minutes, BUT STOP IT!
Do you really want me to teach you how to coach Bob?

I missed a lot of the game, but I'm thrilled to come out with the win.
Glencross sure made a dumb play with about 50 seconds to go, going for the empty netter. Could have shoveled it off to the right wing on the play for the easy goal.
Go Flames Go!

Also when you get an early lead you play your defensive forwards.

And at least close to 50% in faceoffs. Monahan was terrible. Backlund was bad.
