Wonder what that fetches? They don't have 2nd or 3rd this year nor 2nd next year. Do they want to lose their 2025 3rd? Tough to see that. So probably a prospect/player for Vladar?

I’ll be disappointed if Vladar is traded away for peanuts, I think he still has a career in the NHL ahead of himself.

A little disappointed, but the market is what it is. This also means that Wolf is a lot further ahead in his development than I thought, which counterbalances a lot of that disappointment.

But more importantly than discussion around the rumour, can we confirm who Aaron Itovich is? Like before we go anywhere, is this a legit source or are we discussing a twitter rando saying a thing?
edit: He has a few articles on his website, the fourth newest being Mackenzie Weegar signing his Calgary deal....last summer.

If true, it probably means Francouz is going to be out longer than anticipated. I can't see them giving up a lot for Vladar if Francouz is going to be back in a few weeks and they end up having to waive someone.
Does this guy have a history of being an insider?

I will be disappointed with a poor return, but the flip side is I’m very excited Wolf will have more opportunities to show us his game at the NHL level.

It not so much as whether it's a legit rumour. The interesting part to me is that we know Colorado is looking for a goalie. But also that the trade to Colorado hypothetically doesn't seem to work given their lack of draft picks in the range that seems reasonable or prospects that would make sense.
Unless we are taking back an underwhelming return.
